Brent Crude trading at $81.21/bbl

Crude oil futures on Monday declined 0.58 per cent to Rs6,316 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for March delivery fell Rs37 or 0.58 per cent to Rs6,316 per barrel with a business volume of 7,125 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.41 per cent lower at $76.18 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.50 per cent lower at $81.21 per barrel in New York.
